Bird Quant Trading Solutions LLC — Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the BQUANT Algorithmic Trading Software provided by Bird Quant Trading Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, accessing, or using BQUANT, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the software.

1Company Information

BQUANT is owned and operated by:

Bird Quant Trading Solutions LLC

A software technology company providing algorithmic trading tools.

We are NOT:

  • A financial advisor
  • An investment advisor
  • A broker-dealer
  • A registered financial institution

We provide software only.

2Nature of the Product

BQUANT is a software platform designed to:

  • Automate trade execution
  • Integrate market data
  • Provide algorithmic trading tools
  • Connect to supported brokerage accounts

We do NOT provide financial advice or trading recommendations.

3User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

  • All trading decisions
  • Strategy configurations
  • Risk management
  • Compliance with laws
  • Monitoring their accounts

Bird Quant Trading Solutions LLC has no control over user trading activities.

4NO REFUNDS POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

By purchasing BQUANT, you agree:

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
  • This includes dissatisfaction, misunderstanding, trading losses, or technical issues

All purchases are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

5PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

By purchasing BQUANT, you explicitly agree:

  • You waive the right to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks
  • Any dispute filed will be considered a violation of these Terms

If a dispute is pursued, the following actions will occur:

  • Immediate permanent account termination
  • Lifetime ban from all Bird Quant Trading Solutions LLC products
  • Revocation of all licenses
  • Legal enforcement if necessary
  • Collection efforts for damages

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you legally accept these conditions.

6No Guarantees

Bird Quant Trading Solutions LLC makes NO guarantees regarding:

  • Profitability
  • Performance
  • Accuracy of algorithms
  • Trading results

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

7Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bird Quant Trading Solutions LLC is not liable for:

  • Trading losses
  • Financial damages
  • System outages
  • Data errors
  • Broker failures
  • User mistakes

Use of BQUANT is entirely at your own risk.

8Termination Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend accounts
  • Terminate licenses
  • Deny access

At any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms.

9Acceptance of Terms

By using BQUANT, you confirm: You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
